The house has a small deck attached off the kitchen-dining room area. Depending on your esthetic, you could either glory in the retro quality of the authentic-to-period styling, or do some updating. The house could use some tlc on the outside, and there is some water incursion on one wall of the den that needs to be addressed and mitigated. But generally, there is a lot of usable space, the new owner can easily walk to convenient downtown Margaretville shopping, and you are getting generous living space for a reasonable price.
